The Upskill Company is entering into a partnership with Recursive Future to help organizations take the next step in their AI journey – moving from ambition and pilot projects to real-world usage and business value.

Through the partnership, The Upskill Company and Recursive Future combine technical AI expertise with deep knowledge in learning and behavioral change, supporting organizations in:

• recruiting and developing new talent – through direct hiring or try & hire
• building internal AI capabilities through workshops, training and upskilling programs
• acting as a strategic partner in AI adoption – from current state analysis to concrete next steps

From ambition to actual change

As a first concrete step in the partnership, an AI transformation series is being launched – a company-tailored workshop series designed to guide organizations through the key steps of AI adoption: from understanding the current state and identifying opportunities, to establishing ways of working, integrating AI into existing workflows, and building long-term capability.

The series can be delivered as a full transformation program or as standalone workshops, depending on needs and level of maturity. The different modules are designed for different levels of the organization – from leadership to teams and specialists – and focus on three critical aspects of AI adoption:

• Trust – culture, behaviors and mandate (what enables or hinders adoption)
• Training – when, where and how AI should actually be used
• Tools – which tools create value and how they are used in practice
