The AI Transformation Series.

2026.04.07

A company-specific workshop series tailored to your organization, guiding you through the key steps of AI adoption — from understanding your current state and identifying opportunities to practical everyday use, integrated workflows, and long-term capability.

A complete program — or standalone workshops

The series can be delivered as a full transformation program or as standalone workshops, depending on your needs and level of maturity. Different parts are designed for different levels of the organization — from leadership to teams and specialists — collectively creating direction and driving real change in practice.

Through the series, you will build:

• a shared and realistic understanding of AI
• concrete use cases within your organization
• the skills and ways of working needed to apply AI in everyday work
• structures and governance for long-term AI adoption

A five-step approach

Workshop 1: AI in Practice – From Hype to Value

Focus:
vision and alignment
For:
leadership teams, business leaders, HR/L&D and innovation leaders
Duration:
3 hours

Builds a shared and realistic understanding of what AI means in your organization — beyond hype and technical buzzwords. Clarifies what AI is (and is not), where it creates value, and what expectations and limitations need to be considered.

Outcome: A shared language, an initial map of relevant use cases, and a clearer view of your current state and ambition.

Workshop 2: Task Analysis & AI Opportunities

Focus:
from idea to tangible value
For:
team leaders, business developers, process owners, and knowledge-intensive teams
Duration:
4 hours

Identifies where AI can create real value in daily work by breaking down work into tasks and decisions — rather than roles or systems. Provides practical tools to analyze workflows, identify value-creating use cases, and prioritize relevant and safe initiatives.

Outcome: A task-based AI map and a prioritized list of use cases to test.

Workshop 3: AI as a Thinking Partner

Focus:
from tool to augmented thinking
For:
specialists, analysts, communicators, and other strategic roles
Duration:
3 hours

Develops the ability to use AI as support for analysis, structuring, and decision-making in everyday work. Introduces practical ways of working with AI, including prompting, evaluating output, and understanding limitations.

Outcome: Practical ways of working, personal AI workflows, and improved quality in thinking and delivery.

Workshop 4: AI in Workflows & Quality Assurance

Focus:
from experimentation to integrated ways of working
For:
process owners, IT/digital teams, legal/compliance, and team leaders
Duration:
4 hours

Explores how AI can be integrated into existing workflows in a way that strengthens quality, clarifies responsibility, and builds trust. Covers practical implementation, including responsibility structures, human-in-the-loop, and how to manage risks, controls, and governance.

Outcome: Examples of AI-integrated workflows, clear control and decision points, and increased trust in how AI is used.

Workshop 5: Capability, Governance & Long-Term AI Adoption

Focus:
from initiatives to lasting capability
For:
leadership, HR/L&D, IT/digital leaders, and transformation leaders
Duration:
3 hours

Provides direction for how your organization can build long-term AI capability through governance, learning, and clear ownership. Clarifies required capabilities at individual, team, and organizational levels, and how roles and structures can support continued progress.

Outcome: A clear view of current AI capability, a shared direction forward, and prioritized actions for continued development.
