The leading digital workflow company, ServiceNow is growing rapidly and the demand for skilled workers is increasing just as fast. As authorised ServiceNow Workforce Development Placement Partner, The Upskill Company will build new competence through the RiseUp with ServiceNow initiative that includes intensive training programs on the platform.

The Upskill Company and ServiceNow Sweden’s investment aims to retrain people who currently work in other industries but have the right potential and motivation to learn the basics within the ServiceNow platform and start a career in tech. The investment is part of the RiseUp with ServiceNow global program that aims to skill one million individuals on the company’s platform by 2024 and will build on ServiceNow’s approved training content and enable certifications for in-demand roles.

The training will be free of charge for the participants, who will also be offered a salary during the study period. After the training, everyone will be employed as consultants at The Upskill Company and begin their assignments with ServiceNow customers and partners who will be offered the opportunity to take them on as employees after one year.
