The demand for better cyber security is unquestionable while at the same time there is a huge skills gap. To accelerate the competence supply in this field, The Upskill Company are joining forces with Microsoft Sweden. 

With this collaboration, new opportunities to find the right competence are opening up for Microsoft’s clients. This is a long term strategic choice in skill supply, and a way to grow your internal competence in this field. 

The aim of the project is to upskill people and make them ready for a new career within cyber security, specifically in the role of a Security Operations Analyst. During the accelerated learning the participants will learn and understand the field of SecOps with a focus on Sentinel and Defender. After a year working as consultants, there is a cost-free option to offer employment.
